Johanna Invrea è un’eroina attuale, una creatura fiabesca quanto concreta.
Il corpo umano è il suo punto di interesse, nelle sue opere combina video e arte digitale, computer grafica, fotografia e scultura, navigando la connessione tra il mondo reale e quello virtuale e i loro punti di collasso.
Laureata in Design industriale presso lo IUAV della Repubblica di San Marino, è inserita anche nel mondo della moda, grazie alle sue collaborazioni con stilisti e brand internazionali non scontati, tra cui KAPPA Russia e Gradient of Human e il marchio cinese INXX.
Nel 2021 ha creato The Armor, una performance con armature ceramiche indossabili, l’ultima versione è quella che presenterà per la Another Fucking Gallery.
Nel 2023 ha realizzato Strata Trip, un film sperimentale che indaga il paesaggio italiano e narra, attraverso uno sguardo onirico, una verità sulla sua natura esotica, il suo essere teatro di grandi eventi naturalistici e divinità ctonie, creature mitologiche legate all’abisso e alle profondità terrestri.
Attualmente vive e lavora nella ridente Pennabilli, in provincia di Rimini, ma resta cittadina del mondo.

Johanna Invrea is a modern heroine, a creature as fairy as she is concrete.
The human body is her focus of interest. In her works, she combines video and digital art, computer graphics, photography, and sculpture, navigating the connection between the real and virtual worlds and their points of collapse.
Graduate in Industrial Design at the IUAV in the Republic of San Marino, she is also involved in the world of fashion, thanks to her collaborations with unexpected international designers and brands, including KAPPA Russia, Gradient of Human, and the Chinese brand INXX.
In 2021, she created The Armor, a performance with wearable ceramic armor, the latest version is the one she will present for Another Fucking Gallery.
In 2023, she made Strata Trip, an experimental film that explores the Italian landscape and narrates, through a oneiric gaze, a truth about its exotic nature, its being the theater of great naturalistic events and chthonic divinities, mythological creatures linked to the abyss and the depths of the earth.
She currently lives and works in the charming town of Pennabilli, in the province of Rimini, but remains a citizen of the world.
